Super Saiyan!?!? Empty Super Saiyan!?!?

Quest: All seems fine on Planet Vegeta not much going on but whoa did you just feel that PL! You look over to see the West City being blown up. You walk to the situation to see a SUPER SAIYAN!! You have to stop him or he will blow up the whole planet. Watch out he is really fierce with a PL of 30,000. On top of it all his highest Stat would be Ki at 10,000. Watch for those Ki attacks or you will be left hurt.

Rewards: 500+ All Stats
